Beginners pole fitness
Come along & learn the basic pole dance moves, tricks & spins.
Complete beginners welcome- No experience or strength needed to start (you will gain this week by week)
You’ll also have lots of fun, forget your worries & meet lots of new friends!
Its best to wear shorts as it’s your skin that grips to the pole, although if you don’t have any or don’t feel confident enough to begin with leggings will be fine.
Intermediate & advanced Pole fitness
Anyone that can confidently invert & do basic moves such as inside & outside leg hangs, shoulder mounts extended butterfly’s & cross knee release are welcome along to this class to learn more advanced tricks & combo's.
No instruction just a chance for you to come along & practice moves you've been learning in class.
Get more out of your hour with one to one training, you will have a whole hour to work on new tricks for your ability, get extra help with any of your nemesis tricks, learn the basics of spinny pole, get tips on conditioning, help with routines or maybe your a complete beginner & feel nervous about coming to a lesson then this is for you daytime & evening slots available.
