We run a friendly studio in Southampton, for all levels.
Total beginners are welcome, you don’t need any strength or flexibility to start- you build this up as you come to lessons.
Our classes have a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun & meeting new people.
We maintain a strict ratio of 2 maximum people per apparatus, to ensure that everyone gets sufficient training time.
During your class you will learn a variety of tricks, combo's & routines.
Teaching you to move around the hoop/pole & execute dynamic acrobatic tricks, strength moves, dance flows & pretty spins
For hoop classes please wear comfortable gym wear/ leggings/ make sure your skin is covered or you can get burns.
For pole classes - Its best to wear shorts as it’s your skin that grips to the pole material will make you slip, although if you don't have any or don't feel confident enough to begin with leggings will be fine. Please make sure you don’t have any moisturiser or lotion on your skin or you’ll slip.
