During your aerial hoop class you will learn a variety of tricks, combo's & routines.
Teaching you to move around the hoop & execute dynamic acrobatic tricks, spins and swings!
This class has a wide range of fitness benefits including increasing upper body & core strength, increasing flexibility all whilst having fun!
We maintain a strict ratio of 3 maximum people per apparatus, to ensure that everyone gets sufficient training time.

Please wear gym wear/ leggings/ make sure your skin is covered or you can get burns.
